The Beluga™ Slurry ice machine is a world-first patented technology where potable 0oC water is produced without the use of any additives.
0oC water, soft ice or a slurry mixture of both can be produced from salt or fresh potable water in a closed-loop process.
As water is circulates from a storage tank through the Beluga™ the ice concentrate in the tank increases over time. This process is referred to as “Thermal Energy Storage”
